1. Prepaid users: When you make voice calls, video calls, use your mobile phone to access the Internet, send text messages and other services (making special calls stipulated by the country) (except phone number and China Unicom customer service hotline), your number can be activated and can be used.
2. Postpaid users: When you go through the account opening procedures, China Unicom staff will directly open a number for you, and you can use it directly.
If it cannot be used after activation, it is recommended that you take the card back to the local business office for testing to see if there is a problem with the card. If there is a problem, you can replace the card.
